Outstanding and Effective Leadership

In order to ensure the smooth and efficient running ofthe the higher institutions there should be availability of stimulated energized and competent faculty.

 To promote this policy the following is initiatives should be taken into consideration 

* All the higher institutions must be furnished with essential infrastructure facilities.

 *The teaching activity should be adequate enough in order to maintain a a decent time for interaction between the the faculty and the student.

*The faculty must be given sufficient freedom to structure their curriculum, teaching learning material and assignments.

*Faculty should be kept inspired through proper promotion and incentive system.

*The faculty recruitment system should be done with a transparent process.

*The higher institutions should involve outstanding and effective leadership for its smooth functioning.
